What we collect, and what we do with it

What the enquiry collects

When you send the form we receive what you put in it: your name, phone number, suburb, the kind of job, whatever you write about the door, and any photos you attach. If you arrived at the form from the Wind Check, the note it pre-fills is visible in the message box before you send, and you can edit or delete it like anything else you type.

What it's used for

Answering your enquiry and doing the job that comes from it: reading what you sent, contacting you to arrange a visit, and carrying out the work. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider to service your request; that is the enquiry doing its job, not your details going somewhere strange.

What it's never used for

• No selling or renting your details to anyone.
• No adding you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
• No contact beyond dealing with your enquiry and the work that follows it.

Photos you attach

Photos are used to understand the job and are kept only as long as they're needed for it. Attachments are stored securely and expire automatically after a limited period.

The website itself

This site doesn't run advertising trackers and doesn't ask for cookies to read a page. The web server keeps ordinary technical logs (the kind every website keeps) for security and to keep the site working.

Questions or corrections

If you want a copy of what you sent us, want it corrected, or want it deleted, say so through the enquiry form and it will be handled the same way as any other enquiry: by a person, promptly.
